Every rent, bed count, SF and concession comes from the community’s own leasing page or its manager’s
community-specific page. A single-community listing page is a last resort and the row is tagged
verify.
A multi-community aggregator list page is never a source — log “No data” instead.
A site that answers the job with a bot check is reported as blocked, never as zero and never worked around: an editor opens it in
their own browser and uses Supply page (competitor page, or the Data Quality row); the rows say who supplied the page.
A row the pull is not sure of is tagged verify until a person confirms it, once, on the competitor page.
